Meetings start promptly at 6:30PM and last approximately 60 minutes.   Meetings are also open to all members of the general public who are registered Democrats.

We send an email newsletter out one time per month.  Fill out our form below to get signed up.

You can help us to get our message out, register voters, support candidates, and win elections.

• Support our candidates – they ALWAYS need help canvassing, phone banking, and fundraising. 
• Join us at the polls as a poll greeter. 
• Donate to the Thornbury Dems or help us fundraise. Competitive campaigns require palm cards, mailers, social media advertising, and yard signs.
• Do you have hobbies, interests, or special skills?  Photography, videography, research/data, communication/social media/graphics, and fundraising/development skills are always needed.  Select "Other" in the Interest field and we'll talk more!
• Mentoring Opportunities!  Learn how to run local campagins by volunteering on our local campaigns.

How else can you help?

• Attend school board and township meetings.  It’s important that we support the people we have elected and stay engaged with what's happening in our towns and schools.

Thornbury Democratic Committee Community Engagement Group

This is a virtual bulletin board for topics important to residents in our area. Join our group to read about activism events, social events, community events, and volunteer opportunities in our area.

It's a closed group, so you will have to be approved by the administrators when you join. 

Events are sometimes organized quickly and are time sensitive.  The Facebook group allows us to broadcast events on a wide range of interest areas without needing to deluge you with emails.  You can use Facebook group settings to receive notifications as events are posted or you can turn off notifications and peruse the postings at your leisure.
